    In august of 2022 I went to them to get my thermostat changed due to my car overheating I paid close to $900 for the repair here it is July 2023 and my car is still overheating as well as multiple bolts missing from my cooling fan as well as one inside my car under the glove compartment Ive tried reaching out to only finding out they sold the company to ************* who has no history of my vehicle being repaired there

    When I went to buy a vehicle, they treated me like family! They made my experience a breeze! BUT, once I drove off the lot with my new truck, everything went down hill! They will bounce my call non stop, my call gets dropped and I have to go through the phone process all over again, the people who answer my call all have attitudes and dont care to listen, hang up, or just send my call off to someone else! When I SCHEDULED an appt. for an oil change, I never get attended according to my SCHEDULED appt. I waited OVER TWO HOURS after my scheduled appointment to get an oil change and they kept giving me excuses. After I complained to a mechanic who is a ginger(one of the rudest people Ive ever had to deal with multiple times), he did nothing to help me, didnt care, and I had to end up leaving. Recently, I took my truck in because of transmission issue. I go to my scheduled appt. Again, ********************* is the one who attends me. He let me know it would take at-least a week to have my truck diagnosed. I left my truck there for a week and I called to get an update. Took me 9 calls to get a hold of someone who could help me! Between 9 calls, everyone bounced my call and gave me attitude or hung up. When I spoke to the mechanic, he didnt care to give me an update or any info(IM WITH OUT A VEHICLE). Long story short, I arrived to the dealership to pick up my truck and talk to a manager because in order for me to get my keys, mechanic told me to go to cashier, **** at cashier told me to go back to mechanic, mechanic told me to go back to cashier, ******* told me to go to lady at front desk, and lady at front desk told me to go back to either mechanic or cashier. I finally demanded a manager. I explained to manager my disappointment of the dealership and he listened and only thing he could say was The best I can do is offer you and apology. Since I saw he clearly did not care or ever will because he doesnt even return phone calls and *** complained to him before.
