    Ive bought my vehicle a year ago my check engine light has been on ever since. *** took my vehicle to the dealership numerous amounts of time to get the issue fixed. They always says its no issue but the engine light never goes off and the problem is getting worse. apparently **** has no solution to my problem. The car jerks and it feels like the transmission is slipping. Although my car has a warranty I had a 100 dollar deductible that I paid 4 times and my vehicle still has issues and the problem was never resolved.

    Napleton **** is the place to take your car for service if you never want to know the status of your car. Dont expect to hear a timeframe on when your vehicle will be ready or a notification advising you that they ordered parts for your car. Please expect to have to call them constantly to make sure your car is being serviced. Please expect that when they finally give you a timeframe that the car will not be done in that time. Please expect to hear that your car that was scheduled by appointment and dropped off in person was somehow not in the system and is only on their radar because you called two days after to check on the status. Expect to talk to the service team and get the runaround on your cars information. Expect to get sarcastic comments like you can come pick up your car when 0 work has been completed on it. Expect to hear the service team tell you over the phone they are not mechanics and cant answer your questions but when you show ** in person they have somehow been trained to answer all questions. When you show ** in person dont be surprised to hear the staff say if [clients] call for me send them straight to voicemail. If you want to talk to a manager expect that he will be in a meeting. Expect that your concerns and issues have not been addressed since your last visit and there is no change to the work ethic and attitudes of the staff. Finally, expect to find my concerns and issues to match those of the many on the public ****** reviews. I cant recommend the service center anymore if you want to have your time wasted, be an afterthought, and have your property mishandled. #BringHawk****Back Please note this is based on several experiences
