We were hit by a falcon Insured car and they refuse to cover cost even though they admitted it was the drivers fault. They are rude and will drag out the process as long as they can! We are now having to sue the insurance and driver.

1 starWorst insurance company I've dealt with. I don't have them as my insurance but the person who hit me does. I was told by ***** *****-********** the body shop I WANTED to use was too expensive and they weren't going to pay for the whole repair if we go with them. This makes absolutely no sense as they need to pay for repairs for my vehicle that THEY'RE client hit. We then went with one of their "Preferred" body shops they recommended. Once we confirmed everything with the body shop we tried calling the adjuster ***** *****-********** to get us a rental vehicle. I called her over and over and left voicemails telling her we needed them to get us a rental vehicle and she never returned our calls. We then has to bite the bullet and just send the car to the shop with no rental vehicle at all. THEN the body shop did the repairs and said they needed proof of payment from Falcon so they could release the vehicle to us. The body shop then told us Falcon sent the check over to the original body shop they told us we couldn't use. Now we can't get our vehicle until Falcon sends over proof of payment to the body shop we ended up going with. ***** *****-********** has handled this situatuon very unprofessional and no one I've talked to from Falcon can help remedy this situation other than her. I don't not recommend using this insurance company at all as my seems no one can ever do anything to help their customers.Review fromDilip A

I got hit on 4/10/24 and still trying to get it repaired. I and vehicle both injured and not able to treat both of us due to financial ************ only source of income needs repair and falcon doesnt care at all. Some ladies agent falcon has in claim section are trained to scam and play to fool around.They work on a policy to frustrate a victim until he dies so that they dont hve to pay anything.The accident was huge, damage huge but since they kept me asking to take it to repair shop I did twice but they dont wanna pay the shop, not all of the damage. and i have to go collect the van again and again from the repair shop.This has brought an immense anxiety and i am scared someday this stress will take my life away. My health is deteriorating and falcon insurance is and will be responsible for all of the mental and physical anxiety i am suffering from. I request and insist anyone responsible to get this insurance company black listed as more of hard working drivers like me will someday stop breathing due to the anxiety supplied by falcon insurance group. Any lawyer, ****************** anyone that can help me get through this are welcome. All drivers/victims of falcon insurance like me please lets join hand in hands requesting justice to all of us. A joint case file would work.This falcon insurance group is an anxiety supplier to all the drivers hit by falcon insured drivers. They send an estimate of one door when the damage was done to the other rear door and lower side panel too. Since they dont want to pay i am ready to get fixed whatever they want to fix due to this tiredness and stress. I want to get rid of this anxiety thats killing me. However, falcon insurance group doesnt want to resolve the issue but i believe is waiting me die to void the repair.They keep playing with my emotions and stress. Neither they repair my work van nor they let me live in peace playing with my emotions. WORST COMPANY operating within the great territory of **********. ****Falcon Insurance Group, LLC

An absolute garbage insurance company. One of their insured drivers that was driving with a permit backed into me with a car and a half distance between us at a stop sign. I called the police, A police report was taken and filed, The driver was issued a ticket, and admitted fault at the scene. I got an estimate for the damage and submitted all the documentation and pictures that was required and Im still waiting to have my car fixed. They continue to make excuses as they need to do an investigation. No investigation needs to be done since its already in the police report and theyre just dragging it out rather than pay for the damages to my car. The adjuster *****, never responded to calls, messages, or emails. Good luck if you get hit by someone from this company. Now I have to get lawyers involved for something thats cut and dry.Falcon Insurance Group, LLC

No recomiendo a Falcon alto precio y muy , muy malos para si tienes un accidente y eso es que pago una fullcover pero de nada sirve psimo servicio al cliente solo para cobrar son exigentes pero para brindarte ayuda de tu misma pliza nada cero no los recomiendo y despus de esto que no me respondieron debidamente a mi reclamo voy a cancelar mi pliza busquen mejor opcin antes de ir a Falcon hay ms ******* que esta aseguranza !!!!Falcon Insurance Group, LLC

1 starMy family and I were rear end by a Falcon insured driver back on the 3rd of December 2023(TX23-20923-2). After making a claim the following day they made us wait 20 days to review the claim on the sole reason that they had not received the statement of there driver even though the police report made stated that he admitted to being at fault. I had todo the leg work and contact their driver to call falcon so he can give his admission to being at fault. Now after receiving my vehicle after 2 months (March 3rd 2024) I am still waiting on my reimbursement check for the rental few of over $3100 dollars. They informed that my check was cancelled and not being processed, this company should no longer be in business, very unprofessional seems like they are pushing me to take legal action at this time.
