My family and I were rear end by a Falcon insured driver back on the 3rd of December 2023(TX23-20923-2). After making a claim the following day they made us wait 20 days to review the claim on the sole reason that they had not received the statement of there driver even though the police report made stated that he admitted to being at fault. I had todo the leg work and contact their driver to call falcon so he can give his admission to being at fault. Now after receiving my vehicle after 2 months (March 3rd 2024) I am still waiting on my reimbursement check for the rental few of over $3100 dollars. They informed that my check was cancelled and not being processed, this company should no longer be in business, very unprofessional seems like they are pushing me to take legal action at this time.Review from Melanie C

We were hit by a driver insured by Falcon. The driver took off on foot, fleeing the accident. Our vehicle was totaled. We experienced the worst customer service with ********************. Everyone that we worked with was rude, condescending, and annoyed that we were following up. They refused to reimburse us for the rental, and ****** and dimed us. Falcon Insurance Group LLC.*************************************************************-1908 SCAM ALERT:Worst Scam using the title of Insurance Group... This company is difficult to contact. Correspondence when dealing with a claim is slow. Once you have provided all information concerning the accident along with a police report stating the fault is with a Falcon Insured person, your claim is denied. You will be told, this is due to falcon insurance not being able to contact their customer whom the policy is held by and payments are received from. Avoid this insurance company at all costs. If you have to file a claim with this company and think your vehicle will be repaired; think again.Falcon Insurance Group, LLC Response

I have been waiting for a call back or anything really for a claim that was opened a month ago, due to one of Falcons insured drivers crashing into me. There is a police report that they say has been ordered, but one of their reps said they would not move forward without their insured drivers cooperation. They have not received any response from that driver in the month that I have been waiting and when I asked what would happen if he never responds, ******* just replied, We wont move forward without his statement. How can this still be an A+ accredited business if they dont pay for claims their insured is liable for? Its pretty clear that the BBB is ran by businesses, for businesses and consumer experience does not matter. ******* also told me that if I felt like I needed to, I could get a lawyer or go through my insurance. Worst employees you can find! Recently got into a car accident with a driver that was insured by Falcon Insurance. When I tell you this has been the worst experience and customer service I have ever received. First lady I spoke with took almost 2 minutes per response. for instance she asks for my name, takes about minute, to then ask for my last name. So after 15 minutes of basic conversation I was directed to an Adjuster, ***************************. How was does this person have a job. As i'm trying to collect information on the case, ******* was very misinformed and very unprofessional. Every moment I had to explain the matter she would interject and make accusations of the accident. Using words like 'essentially it's your fault' and 'I assume you were driving to close'. It felt like I was talking to a child that was throwing a tantrum. An insanely disrespectful case of customer service. In **** I am greatly surprised that companies still employ people like ***************************. In all honesty from the constant terrible reviews, showcases their lack of professionalism in the work place. How is this company still around. This company is a disgrace! After reviewing their reviews I am left hopeless! I was hit by a driver who is insured under Falcon Insurance. I processed the claim both online and over the phone in January 3rd following the incident. They told me it would take *********************************************** Its been about a week and I have not heard from them! I reached out to my insurance and was offered to start the claim through them and they will go after Falcon Insurance. My insurance was fast enough to already have my vehicle sent out for an estimate! In less than 1 hour!!! They contact Falcon insurance and were told exactly as I was told, that it can take ***** hours! My insurance told them its definitely surpassed the 48 hour **** and falcon csr told my insurance that my claim had not even been reviewed and all she can say is to wait. That Falcon has yet to determine liability! Come on, there was a police report and a citation given to the other driver AT FAULT. ****** acknowledged liability to me and the officer! What other proof do they need! Ill need a rental during repairs, but Falcon insurance said I have to pay oop and they will reimburse me ONLY AND IF their driver is found at fault! Its ridiculous! I will file a complaint against this insurance company and seek legal action if need be! PEOPLE PLEASE BUY A PREMIUM WITH OTHER REPUTABLE INSURANCES TO AVOID A HEADACHE TO US DRIVERS THAT ARE VICTIMS OF AN ACCIDENT! Its ridiculous!Review from Everly S

Can we file a case or complain against Falcon Insurance in **************?
