      I have been having the same problem with my vehicle since June 2023. My vehicle has now been in the shop four different times this last time for two months. They claim they cannot figure out the problem. The car does not act up for them, but the mileage didn’t change much from when I dropped it off. Since I’ve picked up my vehicle The problem has occurred three days this week Dec 6th, Dec 8th and then today the 9th. And just today Dec 9th it’s happened three times. Each time that I have dropped my car at the shop I have told them what I have to do to get the car started again. When I have been driving a lot that day and I shut it off or just going out to start it in the morning it won’t turn over and start again. I then have to pop the hood, get out and wiggle the wire. Also when this happens and I turn the key to start it it will make a ticking sound and then when I do get it started all the lights are on on the dash. I have told them this on each occasion that I have taken the car in. There has also been 2 times that I’ve been at a stop sign/light and the car has shut off on me and I’ve had to pop the hood, get out and wiggle this wire. I have even at one point showed the service tech at the dealership exactly what I have to do. I’m not sure what to do at this point with this vehicle. The only thing I’ve been lucky with with this car is I’ve learned exactly what to do to get it going again instead of having to call to have it picked up. I have continued to make my payments every months and on time when I sometimes don’t have this vehicle for weeks at a time.

      This company needs to be examined by the BBB. If you reach out to their finance department, you are put in a loop of full voicemails and will never receive a call back. When I finally spoke with a manager, he lied and told me that I wouldn't be getting money back that I was owed from a paid off GAP policy. I'm sure they are more than happy to keep my premiums by delaying the process of canceling the policy.
