  I was a student at this business during 2023, my mother was sick with ALS for a year at this point. I made it clear when I started ( Jan 2023) that it may be a rough year for me to be in school and that I could wait until we figured out my moms health but management assured me they would work with me so I could attend. However every time I got a call to help my rapidly declining mother and her two ****** children, the teacher would publicly humiliate and verbally abuse me over it. Towards the beginning of December 2023 she told me I needed to prioritize my family less and finish my schoolwork by January 1st 2024 or they would be releasing me from the program. I was so emotionally and mentally distraught from their words and actions after seeing mother get sicker every day that whole year that I wrote an honest ****** review on their page about my struggles with the school and to hopefully protect any other young women thinking of going there. Once they saw this review I was threatened to be removed by force if I ever stepped on the premises again but after we figured out a day to talk about it, my father and I went and spoke with the Owner. She proceeded to say she didnt care that my mother was sick, that I shouldve committed more to the school and if I couldnt take my last 5 tests right then and there, that I wasnt ever graduating from their school. Since I hadnt studied and couldnt pass the tests, she expelled me and called me names because of the review I left. Jump forward to 2025, one of their family members is harassing me on social media including about my mothers death. So the reason I never filed a complaint before is because my mental health was so bad after that school and the abuse all of us students endured and still having to be at my mothers side, I didnt have the energy to. My mother passed October 18, 2024 and again my mental health plummeted. If it wasnt for the harassment online I would've left all in the past.

  We tried to complete everything with her.  She is lying I have never harassed her about coming to school and if I had documentation regarding her absenteeism- she lied about me and has bullied me on every platform she could.  I will consult with a lawyer if it comes down to it.

  I realize she is asking for a refund however, she has destroyed my business through other platforms, etc and I DO NOT have the funds to reimburse her plus she was issued kit and books that she kept, she completed 90% of her education as you saw in her text messages she only has about 4 or 5 tests to take. So as you see I attached a copy of her contract per the State of ********************************************** she will not receive any of her funds refunded.
