    Response to Complaint ****** ********

    We are writing this response regarding the complaint filed by *** ****** ********, which contains several inaccurate and misleading claims.
    Our records clearly show that the total amount received from *** ******** is $4,132 USD, not $7,000 as alleged. All payments were made in accordance with the signed agreement for the E-commerce ****************** Package, dated Dec 12th 2024. The contract (attached) explicitly states under Clause No. 3 Consideration/Fees/Payment that the agreed service fee was $2,500, and it also outlines what is and isnt included in the package. The agreement further includes details of the revenue-sharing percentage between the clients e-commerce store and our company, which *** ******** failed to honor.

    Service Delivery and ****************start="1052" data-end="1055"> Our team successfully completed the service as contracted. The clients ****** store was launched, managed, and generated revenue a fact that *** ******** himself acknowledged in writing. However, as with any e-commerce business, continued profitability depends on the clients reinvestment in inventory. Once the initial inventory was sold, the client chose not to restock or reinvest, which naturally halted revenue generation.

    Clarification on Profit and **********************start="1535" data-end="1538"> Just to be clear, profits in this context include both the initial inventory investment and the net profit earned through sales. Since we lost account access before the final report was submitted, we dont have the exact revenue figures. However, based on prior tracking, its evident that *** ******** recouped his full inventory cost and generated additional profit through ****** before disengaging from our management.

    The fees he paid covered service execution and resource allocation, including management, coordination, and technical support throughout the year. Our dedicated team worked continuously to maintain and grow his e-commerce store under the agreed structure. For a client to later submit brief and inaccurate allegations after benefiting from the service is not only misleading but also completely unethical.

    Client Conduct and ************************start="2433" data-end="2436"> After earning profits from his Amazon store, *** ******** removed our management access and deleted his payment credentials from the Amazon account. This action prevented our company from continuing to manage or optimize his store operations. Expecting continued results without account access is both unreasonable and outside the scope of any service agreement.

    Subsequent Behavior and **************************start="2847" data-end="2850"> Following these events, *** ******** reached out months later requesting assistance with changing his LLC details and address due to government correspondence matters unrelated to the services provided under our contract. Despite this, we still offered guidance to help him resolve his issue.
    *** ******** has since provided conflicting statements about his payments first claiming $7,000 and later $4,500 in WhatsApp messages further demonstrating inconsistencies in his allegations.

    Conclusion
    ************ were delivered as agreed, and the client benefited from the results before disengaging from our system and removing access. We have attached relevant documentation, including the signed agreement, payment receipts, service proof, and communication logs.

    Given the evidence, we respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau close this case in favor of StarterX Technologies Inc., as the complaint is based on false information and misrepresentation. *** ********* actions demonstrate manipulation of multiple service platforms, including StarterX, Incfile, IRS, ******, and related suppliers.

    i paid tenetaive agreement to start dropshipping from them . i put partiall deposist as they ghosted me for 4.5 days they sent up a phone appoinment from me and they didnt bother tio show up when they finally responeded halfway through the following monday they were pissy and aggressive and rude. i had a liited window when i could put in that big ofa deposit due to bills told them this and they were good till monday then they were rude and agggresive and the deposit was agreed in candian funds NOT USD another thing they lied about im interested in doing bussiness with them BUT they need to fix all these issues first and give a full applogy
