  I bought a salon chair in late April, (it's Mid June currently) I thought it was a good fit but I was so wrong. When I ordered, I paid in full. 3 DAYS LATER, I got a phone call saying I owe over $100 for a shipping fee..so no free shipping even though I already paid. ?? Whatever...I paid and hoped it would be on time. Luckily it was, but that's where the good stopped. When I was assembling the chair, the pieces didn't fit. Like could NOT get the base put together. FINALLY, after an hour I got the base put together.When it was fully assembled, I realized it's way too short. (I'm 5'10 so it's not an uncommon experience) Even when I pumped it all the way up, it's still short. The foot rest sticks out SO FAR from the chair. Most of my older clients cannot get in and out because if the height being so low and the foot bar. I have to take it off for at least 5 of them. ??Then when I called to get a return started, the person on the phone was extremely rude. I was told that "sending it back is almost just as much as it costs to buy a new one. But, whatever the customer is always right.." So basically I'd be out 2x MY money and be with our a chair completely.. cool. There's a "restocking fee" and you get to pay for the shipping back. After having it for less than a month, it started creaking and popping when someone is sitting in it. Pumped up or not, it still pops (you can feel it too) I tried to get the 5 year warranty involved and guess what, DOESN'T MATTER. I have the original box, styrofoam, bags, instructions and receipts but they won't let me exchange it. Oh and it's rusting on the base already..I'm so over this awful chair and the garbage company. I hope everyone sees this reviews and it helps people avoid the terrible purchase I've made. This company lies and their product is trash. Oh the person on the phone asked me to leave a review after all of this. Here you go.. hope it's everything you expected. ????

  We tried to explain our policy that we can obviously take back the you chair, and unfortunately we dont have free returns on out items since they are big and it costs a lot to ship, plus its on our policy that we charge a restocking fee on all returns. We apologize that the chair didn't fit or was too short, but we have all the dimensions and size on the site that you should measure in the future before buying large items to make sure it fits your needs! We have asked you to send videos and pictures of the issues that you are having with your chair so we can send replacements and help you with it since it is still under warranty. But you have still not sent anything to us. We still have your back and will be waiting on pictures so we can fix whatever is broken on the chair, thank you very much for supporting our small family business!

  **** was our sales representative- He was so patient with us, shipping was on time as expected, the items we purchased were beautiful- we had an issue assembling the item- **** made sure we were able to resolve the issue - my husband even called him way after hours and he answered! He is very attentive and very professional. I will definitely do business with them in the futrue

  They are very friendly and they dont excuse their mistakes and issues, they make sure they stand by their product they sales, if you purchase equipment from them, they will make sure you get what you ordered, even shipping companies mistake, ******* is the person very acknowledged , courageous business man who will make sure youll be satisfied with what you order and pay for it!! I had a issue with delivery, and he stayed on , never pushed to sideline, he took care of it every time I called, he away answered and solve the issue, If I need any equipment for my salon Ill be ordering from them, In future

  I ordered shampoo unit from this website, no shipping cost for a heavy item was a red flag, too good to be true and yes it is not true, he call me after seen the order and emails me texted me back to back so he can tell me theres a charge for shipping. I said, I was surprised to see no cost, he says for some items they don't. Any how, I say ok, add that to my card and let me know the info. He sends me a copy of a receipt through text message, that point I got ******. I asked him to send me detailed invoice and shipping information for my records. He's literally ghosted me after the charge, after couple days waiting I contacted my bank to dispute charges, right after that, couple days later someone calls me and leave a message that they're looking for my location for a delivery, without any specification of what its. I try to return to call given all the thoughts oh finally maybe it arrived! nope another scam that no body answers the call, they maybe trying to buy some more time from me. FYI I haven't cancel my dispute and waiting for the resolution now. But stay away from this family owned website. Seems like they're selling items they don't have and who knows what they're doing with the money in that time frame.

  Great customer service! And a fantastic product at a really good price. I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the chairs would be, they are super comfortable. Anthony was very helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns.
  We ordered 6 of the Berkeley Barber chairs in brown. Can wait to get the feedback from our clients.
