I wish I could leave a half star for this pitiful review. I must say this dealerships inventory is pretty lame, way overpriced and not one sales person bothered to ask if I needed assassistance. I also learned about a friend's horrible experience after the car he and his wife purchased blew up after putting on only 224 miles. The Star Nissan dealership refused to be held accountable allowing a sale on an unsafe vehicle with a pregnant woman driving it. What this shoddy dealership did do was not end the sale agreement, but force my friends to purchase a new vehicle for a higher monthly payment. Long story short, if you can't stand behind your products, including safety issues, you shouldn't be in business!

I brought my Xterra in for a heater core. When I got it back it had scratches in the dash, the heat and AC controls no longer lit up at night, my radio wouldn't turn on, someone tried to pry off the cup holders with a screwdriver (it will never come off this way as the panels overlap one another. No tools are needed either), a vent fell onto my foot while I was driving and multiple interior panels are misaligned or not installed correctly.****, the service director was quite defensive when I spoke to him. He asked me to text him pics of the damage and to ask if they had a loaner car so I can drop mine off with them. I texted him on the requested date and still have not heard back. When I called the dealership I talked to *****, the service manager that wrote me up. She redirected me back to ****. For the next two weeks I attempted to reach out to them without any responses from either of them.In the meantime, I was getting tired of not having any music and wanted to ensure that my expensive stereo was still in tact. I started investigating and found a blown fuse for the radio. I replaced the fuse, turned on the car and smoke came out of my dash. I immediately turned the car off. I removed the fuse and found that the wire that turns on the radio was shorted.I sent **** Berman an email late Thursday or Friday. Tuesday came around with no response so I sent an email to ************************* (Executive Manager). The next day ***** called me stating that they had a loaner. I dropped off my car for them to take a look. They stated that a remote starter and a stereo was too much aftermarket equipment for them to work with. WHY DID THEY ACCEPT THIS JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE!? I was absolutely livid. A few hours after I calmed down I called *******. I was told that all aftermarket equipment would need to be removed for diagnosis. I finally said OK I will disconnect it, I was told no. I then asked about the dents and scratches. She said she would look into it. I have yet to hear back

Took my car for service since there was a noise when hitting a bump. They explained that there would be a cost of 210$ which I agreed to pay. After several hours they just called me to tell me that I have some aftermarket parts that might make the noise. after explaining that the noise was there before the parts. they said they didn't know and that in order to find the problem they needed to change the parts with OEM which would cost 1200$. I declined the work and took the car home. On the way home one tire was low on air so I thought it is probably it is nothing serious. I got home just to find on the next day that the tire is flat. after a quick inspection it has a cut on the side (which can't be repaired) and some yellow paint that it scratched upon to. after calling the dealer and informing them of this they just didn't want to listen and said that "this is your problem now". AWFUL experience with this dealer's service.

They are awful awful awful! The sales team and finance team worked together to steal money from me. They upcharged the vehicle by 7 thousand dollars. They found a sneaky way to put the money in the vehicle price instead of it being in the contract. The finance officer added all sorts of add ons without discussing like a Matenience fee and when I went back and complained they took them off but because the contact didn't have the additional fees listed in the car price I still didn't get all my money back that they stolen
