    I just got off the phone with Rustic Wood with regards to my gate that is opening by itself. The latch no longer works, and I have to tie it with wire in order for it to stay closed. The fence was installed in April of 2022 for over $7,000 so it is not a year old. I was told that I would have to pay $350 to have the gate repaired. I am a senior citizen and need to get the garbage and snow blower out to the alley. From the beginning it has been a terrible experience. My gate in front was fraying at the bottom and I had to use wood glue to repair it. There are full length splits in many of the posts. Nails were used instead of screws and many of the nails are exposed. The wood is very thin and there are no supporting boards on the 6' area. The gates also use the 1/2" wood as well and are not very sturdy. I'm no expert, but I feel that 1/2" wood should not have been used on the gates. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,***************************
