On 7/18/2023, BBB contacted the business regarding their advertised products on their website. Consumers alleged that the design of the website was confusing and made it so that customers purchased items that were a part of a collection without the customer realizing until they were being billed. This information has to be clear as required by the BBB Code of Advertising.The business advertised the following product on their website:

On 9/11/2023 the business responded to BBB and stated that once the client selects and adds the collection to their cart, they will be shown the RISK-FREE Subscription verbiage before they SUBMIT their order. The customer can cancel at any time and return any item for a refund.
Per Bradford Exchange, extra verbiage was added to the check out this last year to avoid customer confusion.
As of 9/11/2023, the business has made corrections to the website per the check out and addressed the concerns relating to consumers misunderstanding that a product they purchased was a part of a series collection.
