    The company reached out to renew my service agreement. I signed a one yr agreement for $600 last yr. It was cost prohibitive for me this yr, so I reached out to cancel by voice message and text message( I have proof of both). Instead they renewed my contract at $600 and sent someone to my home, without my knowledge or consent, and treated my property. I was very happy with their product and service last year; however, ignoring my requests to cancel and not responding to my voicemail or my text message is just flat out shady business practices. Its unfortunate because I would have continued to use their services when I could afford them.

    i have been w/company since ********************* 2021 i opened up 1 2nd account at another location . in the meantime i had been paying my monthly account via chase as usual however in jan ******************************************************************************************************************************************* fen=b and march an additional letter so i reached out in feb and march about the notice no response to email until i finally called and had rep to secure the email and respond to it . she attend she will look into it and get back and she did ******************* i told her let me get to chase because the money had been deducated from my business checking account in the meantone i i have a service date every 1st wed which was cancelled without notice , call , courtesy nothing the pest control did not happen i reached out to see why and was told due to the overdue balance which infact they had the money its just the moirs was going to all one account and not the other showing a deficient in one and a credit on the other account . I told ******* same lady that was not how you do business u can not interrupt services without a notice not only that the bill i just received i was even billed for April 2024 which did not occur . the customer service lack thereof , the notice there was none , i recachout to management no response , i called manager lwtc no call back , i never was told this even though i hav3e had almost weekly contact w/rep via email
