  After having 5 other window companies come in and provide over 2 hour sales pitches only to find that their prices were way out of my reach was disheartening. Then a neighbor recommended contacting Keating construction. They were able to meet with me right away and give me written quote for Sunrise windows that after installation was almost half the cost of any other company for all my windows and a sliding glass door. Most other companies consider any other color other than white a special order. Sunrise had a variety of colors that they considered standard, I am in a condo and have to have a **** or sand. My windows and sliding doors came in and were installed within 2 months. That included the week and a half I waited for association approval. The work was professionally installed and I am very happy with the results. The owner and the installers answered all of my questions and were really friendly. This was a really good experience.

  Current times create a non trust of individuals. Technology offers true and false information. Decision making for home remodeling becomes confusing. *************** of Keating Constructionresolved my dilemna with a bathtub conversion to a stand alone shower. Al is a long standing business owner (over 30 years), reputable among both customers and other business owners, has customer service skills, and offers fair pricing. His crew have good work ethics and workmanship. **'s personality and integrity make him a likable person. Want your needs heard or need suggestions? Contact him. He and his crew adhere to arrival times and discuss daily work plans. End of day cleanup is performed. Thank you ** and crew. I absolutely love the finished product!**********

  BUYER BEWARE!!! We contracted with Keating Construction to install new entry doors in our home. The owner was all smiles and handshakes and we felt confident since we all went to high school together. The day they were installed, the blind unit in the door did not work. It was brought to the business owners attention. He saw that it did not operate and told us to look in the owner's manual. That did not solve the issue. We also noticed daylight coming through the bottom corner of the door. We asked to have these issues addressed BEFORE winter set in and frost would form at the bottom of the door from moisture condensing on the door, which is adjacent to brand new hardwood floors. Low and behold, frost formed at the bottom of the door this winter. There were, at minimum, three attempts go get Keating Construction out to address the issues and each time nobody showed up at the specified time. We were forced to contact the manufacturer for help. They agreed to replace the defective glass/blind unit, and said that while the other issues sounded like they were "installation related" they would have their tech look at them. The manufacturers tech showed up when he said he would, replaced the glass unit and found that the other issues were all installation related.....a handful of issues, like out of plumb jamb installation, using the wrong screws on the hinges (which bent the hinges), improperly installed seals, etc. The manufacturers tech fixed some of the issues by replacing the seals, replacing the improper screws with the correct screws and adjusting the hinges (which we were told were NOT adjustable by the owner of Keating Construction) but we're still stuck with the other issues caused by the installation. BUYER BEWARE!!!
