I brought my dig to this facility because my dig has digestive issues. ************* was recommended by facility as one of his specialties. We had 2 visits the first to draw labs ($400.00) next was $600.00 for ultrasound to check for blockage. I was advised on supplements to give to the dog and waited to hear back after the ultrasound was done. Facility open 7 days aweek and I was advised day of the ultrasound some labs came back and he would go over all of them with results of ultrasound done on a Thursday. I made several phone calls beginning on Friday, Saturday, then on bySunday was told results for ultrasound was in Dr went home sick left message for Dr. to call me. Called Monday, again, they left a message, no return call. On 5th day, I requested all results to be sent to original veterinarian to go over to original vet. I then received a text from ************* with a copy of ultrasound results, I called back was given a hard time put on hold, threw into voicemail then advised they can not transfer medical records without Dr ***********
