"Used by my daughter's school for a future trip, travel agreement included a "no refunds whatsoever" clause despite collecting money one year in advance. REMOVEDwithdrew from the program sponsoring the trip, is no longer eligible to attend; the trip is still 4 months away, so I doubt the accommodations have been paid for, and an anonymous customer support contact avoided confirming one way or the other, just flat refused a refund per policy while adding that I declined to purchase the travel insurance via REMOVED, a poorly rated 3rd party with multiple reports of claim denials and giving folks the runaround." ...
