    I took my suv for repair because it keeps dieing out they put a new alternate and car got me home but next day car won't turn on completely dead won't start and to far away from me I'm disabled and not able to drive there again and don't trust them at all please help me get my refund back .     On suggestion of *** from multistate transmission, I got my 2008 Lexus LX 570 repaired with them in March 2023. They initially suggested that I only get the head gasket repaired. On agreeing to that, they had the car for 5 weeks and gave me an invoice for $5000. Even after keeping the car for 5 weeks, I still had to return to the shop for repairs related to their work. I even complained about a noise in the engine from the repair they performed. But this was not taken seriously. Now after spending nearly $5000 on repairs, the engine completely blew out. Now multistate transmissions is suggesting me to get a new engine and are certain that the engine blowing up has nothing to do with the repair they had done. I would now like to request a full refund of the $5000 for the sloppy work they performed.
