    I am a nationally, Certified Pharmacy Technician. My national certification # is: ******** (through my national board: NABP/CPE monitoring/e-profile system). My e-profile ID is: *******. I need to complete a certain # of continuing courses to maintain my license. ********* is a company that has sub-contractor companies that over courses through their website. One os these companies is: BIOLOGIX SOLUTIONS LLC. I took 6 courses totaling 18 credit hours. When each course is completed, they ask for certain information so they can send it to the proper national board for my certification. They have not done this. I have sent three e-mails, 1 telephone call. They have never responded and have not sent any course information to my national board. Please contact them and have BIOLOGIX SOLUTIONS LLC send my completed courses information to my national board, so that I may receive credit towards renewal of my license.
