Bottarelli Research offers subscription-basedservices, including Bottarelli Research Options, Bottarelli ResearchLEAPS, and Bottarelli Research Professional. The published rate ofBottarelli Research Options is $2,800.00 for a 12 month subscription,$1,500.00 for a 6 month subscription, and $800.00 for a 3 monthsubscription. Should you decide to cancel your membership anytime duringyour term, you will be credited $150 for every unused month of servicesince your latest payment, minus a 10% processing fee, if you request apro-rated refund. The published rate of Bottaelli Research LEAPS is$2,300.00 for a 12 month subscription, $1,350.00 for a 6 monthsubscription, and $700.00 for a 3 month subscription. Should you decideto cancel your membership anytime during your term, you will be credited$100 for every unused month of service since your latest payment, minusa 10% processing fee, if you request a pro-rated refund. The publishedrate of Bottarelli Research Professional is $1,750.00 for a 12 monthsubscription and $900.00 for a 6 month subscription. Should you decideto cancel your membership anytime during your term, you will be credited$100 for every unused month of service since your latest payment, minusa 10% processing fee, if you request a pro-rated refund. An unusedmonth is defined as any full calendar month of service included withinyour subscription term that you have yet to enter. For example, if yousubscribe to Bottarelli Research Options for a 6-month subscription onApril 23 and submit a refund request on June 2, you will forfeit thefull month of June and receive a credit for the three (3) unused monthsof July, August, and September in the amount of $450. Pro-rated refundsare only issued for subscriptions purchased at the published rate andpaid for in full with a credit card. Using credits, coupons, or otherspecial offers and discounts precludes you from receiving a pro-ratedrefund. Under extenuating circumstances, you may receive an additionalcredit for unused days of your subscription but this determination ismade at our sole discretion. There will be absolutely no exceptions madeto this refund policy unless Bottarelli Research deems thecircumstances to be extreme and warrant individualized attention.
A subscription to Bottarelli Research grants you asingle, non-exclusive, limited personal license to access and use theMembers Area of the Website conditioned on your continued compliancewith the Terms. You may not, under any circumstances, transfer or shareyour subscription or right to access or use the Website. Doing so mayresult in the termination of your subscription without any refund at thesole discretion of Bottarelli Research. Your right to be a member ofBottarelli Research will terminate if you fail to comply with any termor condition found within the Terms. Upon such violation, you agree toterminate access to the Members Area of this Website. You further agreethat Bottarelli Research, in its sole discretion and with or withoutnotice, may terminate your access to any or all areas of this Website,and remove and discard any information or content within this Website.You also agree that Bottarelli Research will not be liable to you or anythird-party for any termination of your access to the Website. - Business Categories
