    I have a 1st generation ******* and I have always loved it because it is different from everybody else's. I was having a hard time trying to find parts. Grill parts was highly suggested to me bt a friend. I sent them an email asking if they had any information based on some pics I took. **************** emailed me back quickly with the part I needed at a very reasonable price. In a world where amazon seems to be everybody's go to, they have no ****************. It was refreshing to deal with Grill Parts. Thanks again! *******

    Placed my order to a new thermometer and cover for my grill. I had to email to get the tracking number, however they responded immediately within 4 hours. My order was delivered successfully within 1 week of placing the order. Overall I was very happy with the website, speed to get products and the promptness and friendliness of the person I was emailing with.

    Well, ordered these k**** for an old but still highly loved Spirit 500 (redtop). I was down to just one original working k*** that I would change around to control the three burners. Pain in the ****. The original k**** are very hard to find and pricy. Decided to try these. Astheticaly they look like ***** k**** on the newer models, but, they fit and work just fine on this 25+ year old bbq I own. Only sad to see that there made in *****. Oh well. Had a hick-up with not receiving a tracking number after ordering. A quick email to customer service remedied that and I received them the next day. Work beautifully.

    This is a GREAT company!!! I ordered a part for our ** fridge that I was not even available from the manufacturer. In my search I came across this company. They get a 10+ on communication!!When the part was back ordered I received an email immediately and gave me the option of cancelling my order or waiting I opted to wait and Im glad I did. It took a few weeks. When I inquired about status ***** sent an email back right away giving me an update . The part just came in and he sent it out Reasonable price as well.I let him know ** keeping his info for future needs and sharing with family and friends.I highly recommend this company!!! Thank you ***** for your professionalism

    Extremely disappointed. At the time I ordered GPA failed to state that it wont ship to a **** post office box. (Amazon is able to do so with much larger packages) After a week I checked on my order at which point I was told about the ** Box issue. Gave them a physical address next but rather than using an express shipment it will arrive when I am not available to accept delivery. Tried an alternative accommodation using a third address but was advised that the slow delivery issue would need to play out before GPA could do anything. I dont recommend buying from these people if you expect timely delivery or an expedited workaround if they s**** up your order. BTW grill parts ordered the same day from Amazon arrived on time in a large box to my ** Box. I dont have my parts as of this communication so I cant even review the product.

    The customer was informed this order could not be delivered to a PO Box. They gave us another address and we shipped it out the next day. The order shipped and they said they were not available anymore at that address and wanted to give us a third address. They wanted a second item shipped to a third address one day after the first item was still in transit. This would give the customer two items for the price of one. We kindly asked the customer wait for the first item to complete the shipping so that we know if it was delivered or not before any reshipment. We don't think this is unreasonable, but rather what any company would logically do.

    Paid $62 for express shipping and my order was sent out via regular mail. They refuse to reply to my emails, nevermind refund me the extra fee I paid for nothing.

    This was an international order that was sent out as quickly as possible. It actually cost us more than $60 to send this out to the customer. USA orders all have free express shipping. We are always happy to help our customers, but we can't refund international shipping that actually costs us more than what we charge our customers.

    Order WAS sent, customer cancelled mid shipping. In total 6 emails were sent to customer. After customer received the order, they were still refunded the total price of the order because they claimed they never received it. These are ridiculous lies and we keep all the records to prove it.

    I ordered a lawnmower belt for my ***** lawnmower back in May 2023. The description indicated that it was a genuine ***** belt - even depicted the ***** packaging around the belt. I emailed Grill Parts America with my model and serial number before ordering. They told me it was correct.The belt I received was not genuine ***** and it did not even fit.So yes this place sure seems like a scam to me.

    The customer was shipped the wrong belt. Mistakes do happen, we are not perfect, but we do try our best. We apologized for the error and started a return for the customer. Return label was prepaid for the customer and processed within 24 hours. Interestingly ... the customer has kept the belt and has not returned it.
