      Horrible experience. They were not interested in addressing the key issue but just wanted to do maintenance services. When I called to ask if discovered the issue , they said you can talk to the tech. Will not be back.

      Brought my 2022 Toyota corolla cross le with ****** miles in for a recall and after I left my ac was not working correctly and they are saying it is from outside influences. No way a car with that many miles does not have working ac! So much for a 36 month or ***** mile bumper to bumper warranty. When I have only owned car for less than 13 months! Should be no stars as employees are rude. And want to charge over $2150+ to fix issue!

      The 2022 Corolla has a hole in the a/c condenser that was caused by an outside influence. This is usually caused by a rock or gravel. Do to the outside influence, this is not a covered repair under the manufacture warranty.

      They know why. Avoid this service at all costs. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Totally unprofessional and ignorant management. They got upset because i left them a bad review for crappy service and now they wont service my vehicle. Thats ok, because i woudnt trust my vehicle with them with this management.

      I purchased a Jeep from this dealership the second week of Nov 22, less than a month later the truck was barely starting and eventually just stopped! I called to ask if this was common for one of their vehicles to die in a month and 2 sales associates blamed the weather, it was almost scripted! They suggested I pay for a tow there and they would help with the battery. I towed my truck there and they charged me $400 for a new battery.

      We are reimbursing our guest, *****************************, $382.76, the amount she spent with us on repair order number ****** for a new battery fir her Jeep Wrangler. It was just over one month after vehicle purchase when the battery failed.

      I took my RAV4 for a routine oil change and a 10k maintenance check , they check off that everything was fine. When I drove the car after , I noticed that it doesnt feel right , I just thought , because it just had an oil change , but after week, I heard a noise while driving, I took it back to them , told me that its my transmission, that I need a new one and will cost me 10,000$. my car is only ****** miles, a week ago it was running fine, they checked everything including the transmission and according to the report , it was all good. This is my 2nd Toyota car, the first one lasted me 10 years, transmission check is not even recommended until the car is what, over 70 or even ******* miles? *** for my car that is only ****** miles and transmission went bad already? That would make me think twice if I have to buy another Toyota . I contacted the dealer and Toyota care , I didnt get anywhere, they said that because its already 6 years old, its no longer covered by warranty but its still less than ****** miles. ***** is more to the story that made me wonder if they made a mistake when they did my oil change, theres stuff that I found out after I took my car to another mechanic to get a 2nd opinion, but they dont want to hear it. I just found out that when they check everything off, they dont really do, theyre defense its complimentary inspection as it appears on the receipt that we sign.

      Poor service department. Warranty weeks from expiration. ****************** ignoring and dismissing issues of non-operable A/C. Stating needed only Freon and no leak found, a/c working. Drove to work with air conditioner on and inoperable, blower blows no cold air. Contacted Manager who stated if leak not found currently, there may still be a leak! Terrible service, warranty is almost expiring. Honesty of dealership questionable.
