    This company sells a level premium charge which is out of line with the actual cost This past year my charges for gas totaled ******* My payment to them was ******* They charge other charges for the difference and unable to explain what those are My monthly bill was reduced by 17 dollars Discussing this with them is no refund only choice to cancel their service As many others people should watch their bills closely

    What this company charges for natural gas is absurd. Of course it's my own fault for not checking more closely but over the last 2 years I have overpaid (and BTW receiving no credit for overpaying) to the tune of thousands of dollars. I drank the Kool Aid on hearing the concept of even billing which at the time made sense. After reviewing my bills they clearly are only operating to make substantial money. My suggestion is to stay away from this company. You'll see several negative reviews in the BBB site. How BBB can rate this company A+ is beyond me but be that as it may. Do your homework if you are considering signing a contract,

    Very disappointed with this company. I did sign up for the budget plan but with ******* would always receive a credit at the end of the year if I paid too much or would have to pay more at the end of the year, if I didnt pay enough. With Illinois Energy Solutions they give no credit for overpayment. In a years time I paid $592 over what my actual bills were and I received no credit! From March 2022 to December 2022 my actual bill was $732. I had paid in $1195. Then in December they raised my budget amount by $60 a month! needless to say, I switched!

    *** started receiving exorbitant charges from this company and when I asked them to provide me with documentation that I signed up for their service they say they cant. They are charging more that Ive ever paid for gas on the budgetmplan
