    It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.I have noting but love for all my peeps at ESI:Theyre the best,But allow me the opportunity to offer some constructive critIcism:Promises of social, digital and economic equity are important.There is room for improvement.5 stars for what I learned and what I didnt as a partner.Line responsibilities are delegated in a curious way.Employee treatment, employee conduct, is sometimes less than appropriate.Again, nothing but love for my peeps at ESI, but I sometimes love must be tough,Intellectual property comes to mind, among other things but I am not a lawyer:I wish the company the best, for I am still affiliated:To err is human.We all make mistakes.We can only hope to learn from them: I look forward to a healthy, professional relationship with ESI:Theyweare a minority owned business with great diversity; not just of race or gender or culture but also of thought and perspective.Very cosmopolitan and sophisticated.Im so proud that the ************ page is still connected to my personal account!!We made it 2.5k followers with no budget while I was in charge of digital: Yay!Business, IT, is so complicated: I still dont understand much.
