    We have had ongoing scheduling issues with Naperville location. Often, when they would suggest date/time we would check our schedule to accept, we would hear back it's no longer available. They even made appointments for us WITHOUT our knowledge or consent, including in ******* office. Only twice were we responsible for not being able to keep appointments, both times it was due to Covid exposure They take ******************** insurance but not *******************, He needs to use their finance company for his care. We had already paid off a loan, on time and in full with the finance company Smile Obsession chose for us SUNBIT. We went to use them again because Smile Obsession NEVER told us they had 2 other finance company options available. We both had an appointment for 5/15 for cleaning exam. ********************* were both approved for several hundred dollars at ******. **************** was trying to make his down payment at Sunbit which requires a phone number. Our cell phone had broken same day. New phone arrived next day but to get over night delivery, we had to change cell carrier, get new number. We updated new number at ****** but then they refused to take down pay and held up financing until *************** sent in photos holding his driver's license. ****** could not process this in time for the 5/15 appt. We contacted dentist via text, (we are both hard of hearing, and always have communicated with them via text ) PRIOR TO 24 hours before the appt to reset. They claim to not have received THIS text, we have PROOF from phone they indeed opened the text. There was no image sent with the text, as they claim was reason they didn't get it. We got email from Pres of Ops, ********************** (We thought this was a made up title), insisting we pay ***** cancel fee, when it is their finance company that caused this and we DID inform them before 24 hours of appt time need to reschedule. We r disabled seniors on fixed income. ***************** has rare serious neurological condition and needed this appt.
