I had an advertising contract with Terraboost and per the contract I paid my fee in full on July 15th 2024 and the campaign was closed. They are now billing me again $600 for no reason as I do not have an active campaign with them. They are not responding to email inquires. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company

We were contacted in March of 2025 by Terraboost Media, to advertise in *******, **, new HEB store that is supposed to open in September 2025. We signed a contract to advertise on the hand sanitation wipe display by the entrance. We paid the deposit and the monthly fees were supposed to start when the store opened. We noticed we were being charged monthly even though the store has not opened up yet. We called Terraboost, they said it was a mistake and they will send an email to us confirming the mistake and credit the account. A week later, they called and said they will no longer be putting our advertisement up and canceling the contract after taking a bunch of money from us. I wish I would have seen all the complaints and scams they have been doing before. I have contacted HEB Corporate to let them know how Systemized Media is using their name, image, and likeness to scam local companies. They are looking into the matter and getting back to me. Stay far away from this company.

Re: Complaint Against TerraBoost Media Failure to **************** and Unjustified Billing I am writing to formally file a complaint against **TerraBoost Media** regarding a deeply unsatisfactory business transaction that began approximately two years ago.I paid TerraBoost Media in advance for an advertising campaign that was never delivered. I spent a significant amount of time**hours upon hours**attempting to collaborate with their account provider and art department to create an ad design that met my specifications. Despite my efforts and communication, TerraBoost Media failed to provide anything usable or aligned with what was initially promised.Eventually, all communication from the company ceased entirely. My emails and voicemails went unanswered. I made **multiple attempts** to cancel the agreement and request a refund, but **no one ever responded**. For two years, I heard ***********, out of the blue, I have received a bill from their ********************************** in the amount of **/$2,700**, sent by ******** ************ ([****************************************************************](mailto:****************************************************************) | ***************). I have called and left a voicemail for Mr. ********** and also sent a follow-up email, but again, I received **no response**.To summarize:* TerraBoost Media was **paid in advance**.* They **failed to produce** the agreed-upon advertising material.* **All communication stopped** despite repeated outreach.* **No refund** was issued.* I am now being **billed for services never rendered**.This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and may warrant further legal review. I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter, ideally through a full investigation into TerraBoost Medias business practices. At the very least, I expect the erroneous /$2,700 charge to be canceled and my original payment refunded. Please feel free to contact me for any additional documentation or information.Sincerely,******* ******

We are writing to express our serious concerns regarding the unauthorized use of our companys name, logos, and artwork in a campaign at HEB, and to formally notify you that we consider this a breach of trust and potential ******** December 2024, we submitted all requested materials including logo drafts, photos, and a QR code to ******, following her confirmation that we were good to go. After that, we received no further communication. On January 26, 2025, we were contacted again requesting the same information, to which we responded by informing TerraBoost that we had already submitted everything and, given the lack of follow-up or ability to reach anyone, requested that our participation in the campaign be canceled.Despite multiple follow-up emails in which we made it explicitly clear that if we did not receive responses, we did not wish to move forward we later discovered that a campaign featuring our company name and artwork we never approved was launched at HEB.This was never authorized by us. This is not the agreement we entered into. This conduct is deceptive, constitutes unauthorized use of intellectual property, and we believe it rises to the level of theft and fraud.412.00 monthly

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I will no longer be doing business with Terraboost marketing.

The extended duration it has taken to address the issues, stretching back to December of last year, has led me to this decision. While I appreciate the recent attention to resolving the ad design process, the lack of direct engagement prior to my contacting the Better Business Bureau has unfortunately altered my perspective. Had there been a more proactive and personal response earlier in the process, my feelings might have been different.

    Best regards,

I was contact in December by the company about doing some local advertising. On January 9th, the advertising proof was approved, and I was informed the advertising would be in place within 2-3 weeks, up to 30 days. Mid-February I went to the store where the advertising was to be in place, there was nothing. I call and emailed the representative there, **** ****. He stated that he would check into things. No response. March, I contacted them again, was told that someone from management would be in touch. No contact made. I have since emailed, and called numerous times over the past 3 weeks, with no response. There is still no response from **** **** the representative, nor any management. I have now been billed a total of $1425 for an advertising campaign that never has had any advertising in place. I have emailed, to cancel, and asked for a refund. I have called and asked to cancel and a refund. There has been no response from anyone at the company in form of phone or email. I simply want my money back for services not provided by the company.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a kiosk placement agreement that was misrepresented by Terraboost Media at a CVS location. We were led to believe that our kiosk would be placed at the front entrance of the store, ensuring high foot traffic and visibility. However, after finalizing our payment, we discovered that the kiosk was instead placed in a secluded corner near the vaccination roomfar from any significant customer traffic. When we inquired about the "pending location approval" status on 3/8/25 before installation, we were assured by ***** *******, our ****************** Manager that this simply referred to the shipping and installation process, not a potential change in placement. However, it is now clear that a new location was being approved without our knowledge or consent. Had we been informed of the actual placement, we would never have agreed to move forward. After further research, we have found multiple similar complaints regarding misrepresentation of kiosk placements, indicating a pattern of deceptive business practices. We have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Terraboost Media, requesting a refund due to their failure to deliver on the location, but they have refused to take responsibility. We believe this to be a clear case of misrepresentation and are seeking assistance from the BBB in resolving this matter. If the company is unwilling to issue a refund or an appropriate credit, we are prepared to take further legal action.

This is a ************* Look at their bad reviews!!! We wish we had! They sell you time on a kiosk which is not visible to shopping center clients entering or exiting the store. The shopping center clients haves to go in search of sanitizing wipes to even find the kiosk. Then the adds cycle for 10 or 20 seconds followed by 90 seconds of Terraboost Media adds for the Kiosk. On 3 of our 4 kiosks, they never even loaded our adds. Then, when you call this to their attention, they go through months of pretending to be fixing the issues and promise that the kiosks are being relocated. The Grocery Store managers say that we are not the only ones who complained. ?then the keep charging your credit card without authorization and refuse to cancel the ~$3,000 contracts. ******!

Hello,I hired an advertising media company for one year and they are autocharging me into year two and say I owe 1200 remaining for a contract of 2700. I never ever would have entered into a contract for 2700 as we are in our third year of practice as a group and could never afford that. It was expressly told to me that this was a one year contract for 225 annually. I am a psychotherapy practice owner and understand that one year is the implied term by law. This company swindled me and others into a longer contract by adding a very small tiny print clause allowing them to continue to deduct from my business account for services we do not use not did we agree to use past the one year contract date. If you could please investigate this I would greatly appreciate it. I now have to close my business checking account due to the fraudulent business practices of Terraboost Media. Please help me . I greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you, ****** M *****, ** LCSW
