    "They misdiagnosed my dysfunctional heating system and when a different company diagnosed it as a fire hazard they tried to make me pay an additional fee for them to come reassess it and refused to waive the fee after knowing their technician did not do due diligence and left me with a furnace continuing to not work. They are liable for any damages that my furnace and home may have in between the time they misdiagnosed and refused to reassess without further payment and the time it takes to get it fixed and replaced and they still do not care." ...
