            I represent a pub and eatery that came under new ownership. The new owner did not want to retain the linen services with this company. Under WI State Statutes, he was under no obligation to continue the contract with the linen company. Linen company removed all of their property and equipment. Company continues to call and harass pub owner. Sends invoice for services every month. Though, their route driver never even stops at the location. They state that their contracts continue from owner to owner. That’s an illegal practice in Wisconsin. Company was notified multiple time to cease and desist contact with owner, as he had retained legal representation. Linen supplier ignored this and continues to contact business and business owner. Continues to invoice business for services not provided. Looking at **** reviews, this seems to be a common practice, of not abiding by contractual law and just harassing any consumer who removes their services.

            I manage a high rise in ******* and we used this uniform service company. I also would give zero stars if an option. We provided proper cancellation notice via certified mail and yet bogus charges appeared on our **** at the end of contract for missing and damaged items. Then we were told that they filed a lawsuit.Do not contract with them . Do not be lured by their cheap prices as you pay in the long run and will countless time and energy on proving their dishonesty and truly illegal business practices.
