    I placed an order through ******* that was shipped on July 12, 2025 to be delivered to my U.S. address. The order was shipped via Yanwen Express, and the tracking number is UK300948583YP. The tracking shows that on July 23, 2025, the package was "delivered to local carrier," but I have not received the package or any update as of August 15, 2025. Last mile tracking number is ***************** I have attempted to contact Yanwen Express multiple times via email and did not receive any response or proper explanation. I have received no communication or updates from Yanwen Express. I have attempted to contact them with no success. I have also reached out to the seller (ToyBeta) but have not received a resolution.I want confirmation on my packages current warehouse location, confirmation that YanwenExpress is responsible for last mile delivery, confirmation that my package is under investigation and that it will be delivered to the address provided on order.This package appears to be stuck in limbo between international and U.S. carriers, and no accountability has been taken. The current tracking number UK300948583YP no longer shows any info when entered in the YanwenExpress official tracking website.Desired Resolution: confirmation that package will be delivered to address provided, along with an expected delivery date. confirmation on my packages current warehouse location, confirmation that YanwenExpress is responsible for last mile delivery, confirmation that my package is under investigation and that it will be delivered to the address provided on order.

    This delivery service is a scam. They keep stating that my address is incorrect and that they need an access code to deliver my package. My address is correct and there's no gates or anything in my neighborhood. I've emailed them 3 times and sent messages on their online support chat. They do not respond to the email and end the chat before answering my questions. There's no phone number to contact them. Please do something about this business!

    The tracking information states that they do not have access to the building because it is locked. I have written to the company in several emails stating that they can be left at the door. I have sent 5 emails and they have never responded.

    Package delivery was unsuccessful due to whoever the company hired to deliver the package. At the time of delivery, the person called but their phone was being weird. I texted and called the number that called me at delivery with no response, and their phone number goes to a weird voice system stating their voice application isnt working. Also, I emailed the company way ahead of delivery to make sure they had the correct information to get in to avoid issues. There is no way to talk to an agent or to confirm if anyone received the two emails. I would like my package or another company to delivery my package. The delivery person number was ************. Their phone doesnt work.

    Two times this week, yanwen delivery left my delivery packages outside on a public sidewalk unless they are lying and kept the packages. order ***** With questionbeauty beauty $136.80 products and also That Cove book $28.91 . Order ******, tracking UK275851951YP. Both emails said they left outside. Total $165.71

    I made a purchase of about $600 for an order of beauty merchandise on June 1st, 2025. Two days later on the 3rd, I was told my package would be sent by Yanwen and would arrive by the 23rd of June at the latest. It has now been a month since the package was first shipped, and I still have not received it. I have not gotten any updates, either. The only update I have received has been a message that says "Batch Delivery to Carrier" on June 14th, and it has been like that ever since. While I am currently speaking with the original seller to come up with a solution, Yanwen themselves has been completely silent. I have sent them emails twice, and have gotten no response at all in weeks. I would at least like some transparency, or compensation if my package has somehow been lost or stolen.

    This delivery company hasn't delivered not one package I have got from temu to my address. The first they dropped it at the wrong house and the person was nice enough to bring it to me. I have had now had two other orders coming through them and they haven't delivered them saying my address is wrong when it's not. I have some things coming from that company as well through this delivery company and would the things I have paid or something to be done thank you for your time and consideration.

    On 3/5/25 I ordered an item from *************. Order #BJ92000. On 3/8/25 the package was out for delivery with Yanwen, tracking UK052570776YP transfer number UUS5350455988853881. On 3/9/25 the tracking details stated the package "Invalid Address" returning to warehouse. I contacted ************* and was told they have notified Yanwen and the package is out for a 2nd delivery. When I checked the Yanwen website, it stated that the package will be re-delivered. It was not been attempted to be "re-delivered" and was never attempted the first time for delivery. I was home the entire day. Do not use this logistics company for deliveries. They will not even try to deliver but they will keep your item and not respond.

    Tracking numbers YWORD010032788495 and YWORD010032923339 have been set as out for delivery since 6 February. At this time. It has been poor business days six days in total I have sent overthree emails to this company and I have heard nothing. My product moved on the delivery truck on Saturday to go to some other location, but went back the tracking number show the exact location of where my packages are and this is unfair that I have reached out multiple times and cant even get a response let alone my packages.
