Final payment to company was made July 12, 2022 immediately after repairs were completed to a walkway at our home. The contract we signed said there is a 5 year warranty under normal use. Within a couple months of completion of the work the polymeric sand was deteriorating and crumbling. I sent multiple photos to the company and was promised someone would be by to replace the sand. My correspondence with them continued through last summer into the fall with many promises. No repairs were done and then we were told it was too cold and someone would come this spring. Still no one has come. Finally via email on May 8, 2023 I was told I could receive a partial refund. I measured the walkway, determined that approximately 33% of the walkway has failed. The original total payment was $538.00 so we asked for $179.00 to be refunded. There has been no further response from *** Pollina, the owner of the company. I have saved all my emails and copies of our final request which was sent via certified mail and received. So many promises that this would be made good and nothing has happened for a year. What can we do to get some compensation? Thank you if you can help with this matter. I have read a few reviews on the BBB website concerning this company and they seem to have had other complaints similar to ours. I am happy to provide any further information you might want. The photos attached are just some of the many areas which failed.
