I would not recommend this auto repair shop to my worst enemy. I took my classic **** Porsche 911 to them back in October of 2020 to have the engine rebuilt along with any other problem that was found to make the car almost new again. That included brakes, electrical, clutch, transmission etc. I was given an estimate of $12,000, and I had to give them $4000 upfront. I told them I wanted my car back by June of 2021 so I can drive it during the summer. When **** arrived, I contacted them to ask is my car really? They said no because of Covid, it was difficult to get parts from Germany. They said so for the inconvenience but they would call me when ready. I called them several months later since I didn't hear from them, and I was told they are still working on it, and they will contact me. Now, June of 2022 has arrived, and I called again, and still the car wasn't ready. They sent me a text message with photos of the car in the air and the engine, transmission, brake rotors, and all type of parts were on the garage floor. They said they were still working on it, and to be patient. Now, June of 2023 has arrived and I called again to see was my care ready. They told me the car is almost ready, but they are having a small problem keeping the engine running. It would cut-off after a few minutes. They did not call me until September of 2023 to let me know my car was ready for pick-up and the total price was $24934.80 minus the $4000 we paid upfront. I said this is ridiculous because we only owed you a little over $8000. They told me they had to do more labor and get more parts. We went to the bank and got a cashier check for the amount of $20,834.80. We paid them, they gave us the keys, we started the car and it was back firing. We put it into gear to drive, and we moved the car a few feet and couldn't stop. No brakes. The car was undriveable. They told me they couldn't fine a brake part but as long as we stay under 40 MPH you can stop. WTF! This is crazy!
