On 10/31/22 I went to this office for the first time. I bit my jaw and it turn to a sore. I came to this office because it was an emergency center. I saw the dentist he told me that it was my wisdom tooth. I wasnt expecting him to pull my wisdom tooth. He pull my wisdom tooth the same day. 5 minutes afterwards the dentist ask me do I want to get an implant done on my missing tooth. I told him I couldnt afford it. The dentist told me I can pay monthly I said no. He said they have a care credit card. I have a carecredit card but I wasnt going to use it. While I am waiting for anesthesia to wear off. The secretary came back in with the dentist and said I have **** credit limit. I dont know how they pull my info. The dentist charge my carecredit card $5016 on 10/31/22 for a service I didnt get. I was under anesthesia I dont remember signing any contract. I have an alert setup on my credit report. The next day I receive a message stating my card was use. I call the card to dispute charges. The dentist reimbursement my card for $4500 not the full amount. The dentist sent paperwork in to my credit card. He never gave me any paperwork. I was under anesthesia when I sign. I dont remember signing. The dentist file on my insurance $485 for wisdom tooth. My insurance paid 80%. The dentist added service that I didnt have to my card to get extra money. How can the dentist charge my card for $5016 service I didnt get done. Its illegal to sign when you are mentally impaired. I want the rest of $516 put back on my card. I will pay the dentist the amount on my dental insurance bill 80% of $485. This is fraud. Why he charged my card on 10/31/22 and he didnt perform service. I havent used my credit card over 8 years. He illegally look up my credit card information and charge my card and had me to sign while I was drugged up from getting wisdom tooth pulled.
