    I had a question on my order which included a shipping charge. My inquiry was answered within a few minutes. **** was the **************** person I dealt with and he explained the new shipping charges. I understand the need for this and will continue to purchase quality products from ICanvas

    ICanvas is the Best, I received my 1st painting and it is Phenomenal!!
    I have ordered 6 since then and can't wait to get them. I had a question on a Saturday so I emailed icanvas expecting not to get a response until sometime Monday, but to my surprise I received an email like 10 min later, Dave responded and explained my question and I placed another order.. Thanks Dave!!!

    My picture arrived broken. I sent customer service a an email with 3 pictures. Joshua responded within 5 minutes, resolved the issue, and I will receive a replacement in 7 days. I highly recommend iCanvas. This is my 7th order and the only one that arrived damage.

    Very satisfied with the customer service I received from ****** at I canvas. My inquiry was taken care of right away. This is my second order from iCanvas. The packaging on the first order was excellent and arrived when they said it would. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    I had ordered two canvas pictures and one arrived so far. I questioned the company about the other part of my order. ****** replied in a few minutes that there were sent as each was finished being produced. The one I have is absolutely beautiful and exactly as it looked online colors and all. I would definitely recommend I canvas

    Im extremely impressed w this company! ******* (and especially ******) were very quick to respond to my inquiry regarding my newly placed order. ****** rectified my issue over and above what I was expecting! Im anticipating my framed canvas print shortly and Im already searching for my next piece of wall art on their website! Highly recommend them!!!

    I accidentally ordered two of the same picture. I noticed it when I was checking tracking. I quickly emailed the company, and I received a return shipping label before the pictures arrived.Also, I have bought pictures from them for years. Good quality every time.
