    Amaing quality of the canvas.. Fast shipping; the package carefully made. Excelent customer service; so nice and friendly and answer so fast Im surprised.. The piece of art *********** was a gift to my partner.. ***** post it on ******** it receive a lot of likes and compliments!!! My ************ to significant others will be a beautifull canvas from Icanvas. Thank you

    I received a product that had an inaccurate description. I was unable to return at the time due to several emergencies in my household. They were unwilling to help and stated because they only sell the artwork that they could not do anything. They would not provide a good resolution to a problem that was made aware to them. I have also stopped receiving communication from them after several emails and they have from what I am seeing blocked me from the live chat feature on their website. Just terrible customer service and professionalism.

    ****, you had ordered from ** in March of 2023. You ordered a Tesla Model S canvas print. Not quite sure what the inaccurate description could have been. Next time, please simply contact us as soon as you have an issue!

    Great products & excellent customer service! I just placed an order, contacted customer service to change my mind, then changed my mind *again* (seriously, if you enjoy a piece of art don't go asking for opinions, just enjoy ********* customer service rep was incredibly responsive & polite! I'm excited for my order but even more impressed by how this employee went above and beyond to put me at ease.. I see a lot of "******" below from other happy customers, iCanvas either has the best customer service staff ever or there is one guy out there just killing the game. Either way I highly recommend!

    iCanvas not only does amazing print to canvas art work, looking like an actual painting, but they are lightening fast shipping. They also went above and beyond responding to my email regarding exchanging an order with expedited shipping. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your art work needs! Hard to find businesses with this kind of work and ***************** I will definitely be ordering more from this company! Thank you iCanvas! Outstandng job!!

    Had a problem with one of my packages that arrived damaged. I took several pics and sent them via email. I was blown away at the quick response received as this occurred after 5pm on a Friday and absolutely did not expect to hear from them till Monday. But I received a response within 1 hour and was told another shipment was on the way. Will definitely do business here in the future. These are absolutely beautiful prints! Ordered 3 and sent another to my son for Christmas.

    Ordered 2 framed canvas prints. Both beautiful, but there was a buckling in the upper right corner in one of them. I emailed iCanvas with photos. ****** with **************** replied quickly with a couple solutions with video links. The first video demonstrated how to re-stretch/tighten the canvas. A simple tap of a hammer fixed the problem. Fast shipping, beautiful work. I will buy from them again and recommend iCanvas to others.
