Not only did ***** call be back in short order, he also had extreme patience with all my asks and provided guidance as I was learning about the entire process. He gave me peace of mind with how things would work when my Dad did pass, including how things worked when he was picked up. **** himself actually came to help transport my Dad and it was clear he had cared enough to read the obituary draft I had shared already. I don't know many people these days that take that kind of time for something like that, a wonderfully kind thing for him to do. Once things were ready I connected with ******* who was exemplary! This was our family's first time needing to plan arrangements for a loved one so close to us we were anxious to say the least and ******* facilitated this process with ease, helping us better understand things at each step. She was available 24/7 by phone and text to answer all of our questions and make sure that Dad's viewings and arrangements were handled as effortless for us as possible. She was also extremely compassionate and accommodating of all of our requests. When it came time for the viewing and service, everything was perfect. Dad was the best he'd looked in over a year. From the beginning of our contact with the **** C Dames funeral home, *******, ***** and **** and all those behind the scenes really went above and beyond for our family after the passing of my Dad. The care, professionalism and personable job they did was amazing. I will never be able to thank them enough for taking me from a total bewildered state to one of peace and comfort. I will be forever grateful as will my family. They were kind, compassionate and very understanding and did their best to help us as much as possible. I highly recommend this funeral home.
