    Placed an order for 19 replacement windows total value $7917.65 which had to be paid up front as they were being made to size submitted. Been trying to contact them for status and updated deliver estimate but cannot get a response back. went in the days ago to try again but their website is now down. The salesperson i was dealing with ***** ******* Phone number ************ is still active but did not return calls just received a text message from him saying as of three weeks ago he is no longer employed at the window company, but his number is still good, and he doesn't pick up the phone. will upload a word doc that capture all the backup info needed.

    I ordered windows on 8/19/24. Order number *****. They had an 8 week lead time. I have not received my windows and cant get a response via email or web site. I tried calling and it doesnt ring. I have ordered from this company several times before and dont understand why I cant get anyone to answer me

    I ordered windows from this company on July 02 as of today November 20, they have not been delivered.Their website is no longer available, no one will return my call from the customer service number and the telephone number for the owner has been disconnected.

    Purchased window from Window Liquidators 08/11/2024. I have had one response from this company in 4 months. Also they have not answered the phone once or given a call back. I don't know if this is a real company or a scam. I really want to know is this a real company or not, and if not how did they get an A+ rating with the BBB.

    I ordered custom windows from WindowLiquidators on 9/30/2024. The lead time stated on their web site was 4-5 weeks. I started asking for an eta/delivery date and received the only respond on 10/21. Since then, I have requested order delivery dates/status updates in double digits through email, web site order inquiry, phone (even chose almost every option through the phone menu) but spoke to nobody and was only able to leave a message, ********, and even called the window manufacturer. No luck.I eventually had to file a chargeback. Secretary of ************** has this business in not good standing, ******* ******* the CEO s profile no longer works on ********.

    I ordered replacement windows online from Window Liquidators. They gave a 6-8 week window. That was 15 weeks ago. They do not answer their phones, return messages or emails. The Village of ******************** says they have never been at their list address. Nor do they have any record of the business. I believe they are a total scam. I paid them $7070.

    I ordered a replacement window on August 7 with a published lead time of 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I inquired where my window was and was informed that it had been damaged in shipment to their warehouse. I was given the choice to get a refund or re-order the window. Unfortunately, I chose to reorder. Now, non of the departments will answer the phone lines, messages are not returned and emails ignored. It appears that the company has shut the doors and kept the payments on windows.

    My contractor ordered a window through Window Liquidators on my behalf. This is order #*****. We ordered the window in August and I still don't have it. It's November 11. My contractor asked for a refund on Oct. 24 and was told he would receive a form to request the refund. He has not received this form. We have paid for this window and would like our money back. Please pay my contractor, ****** *****, his money back for this order we have not received. I've tried calling myself on multiple occasions and no one answers or calls back. My contractor said that his contact number has now been blocked by the business. It is like they are trying to steal our money. Please help me with this situation. We do not want the item at this point and just want our money back.

    Purchased windows on August 14, 2024 and September 5, 2024.Have tried numerous times to get status of order. The CEO called me back on his cell phone and would get back to met. His cell phone no longer works and no one is responding to my calls and emails

    I ordered windows from Window's Liquidators on August 2nd, 2024. The time stated for the windows to be delivered was 4-5 weeks. After 8 weeks I tried to contact the company to ask about an updated timeline and after several calls and emails I got one response that they are looking into it. After several more weeks and many more calls and emails, all of which go unanswered I am tired of waiting and would like to cancel my order with them. However, to cancel my order I have to call or email. I am not hopeful about getting my money refunded as they clearly do not answer their phones or respond to emails. I have left a complaint on ****** Reviews, and seen similar situations posted recently.
