We were visited by a salesperson back in September of 2020 when we were seeking quotes for window and door replacements. The reason we went with this company was a promise of an 8 week turn around. We ordered 36 windows, a custom window, a French door and a laundry room door. The windows were delivered and installed in approximately 15 weeks, not 8 as promised. However, the custom window was the wrong size and didn't fit so it wasn't replaced. The doors were not ready. until this day, January 31st, 2022, we still have not received the ordered custom window or the two doors. At one point, they tried to come install a sliding door instead of a French door. When we told them that it was the wrong door and that what we ordered was French doors, the installers immediately disappeared. We have called and complained to various levels of managers countless number of times. We are always fed lies and false hopes. We have been told multiple times that the 3 items were ready and that someone will call to arrange installation. When we don't hear from anyone and call back, we're told that they're not ready. We have been promised phone calls from management and never hear back. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Today when we called to just cancel the order and get our money back, the phone operator yelled at my wife and told her that we refused installation of the doors because of the wrong color, which is both extremely rude and a bold faced lie. Instead of just refunding us the money, he said that he would like to investigate further and call us back (I've heard that before a few times). I just want my money back and I want this company investigated for fraud.Business response

This is NOT our Company. We are Midwest Window and Door, ********************** in **********, ********. We have NEVER had an office in *******. We have NEVER had an Employee named *******. We have NEVER had a contract with these people. Please remove us from this complaint and assign it to the appropriate company.Customer response
