10/18/2022 The owner operator of this company (******************************** DL L562-2808-5288 EXPIRED 4/30/2019) was driving a semi truck down a street that I work near. I had my car parked in the parking lot, I was inside the building. 2 tires came off the truck he was driving, while he was driving; one of these tires struck my parked car. The police were called, a police report filed. The insurance information he provided to the police and myself was not current/accurate, according to the insurance company (Progressive-00456192) that policy was not up to date, had lapsed, or been cancelled. I tried reaching out to ****************** to inquire about another insurance policy, I have not received a response. I have filed with my insurance company, but should not have to incur the monthly rate increase and have to pay the deductible that comes along with this. He should have insurance on his vehicle, and/or his business. He also should inspect his truck prior to driving it. The police report was filed through the Dekalb *********************** report number 2022-02540.
