This review is long overdue for an exceptional installation and service of a Bruno ********* at my parent's home in ********** **. The ********* worked perfectly for 6 years and when the charger and battery needed replacing (after 6 years regular use), I called at 3 pm on a Friday to inform them it just went out and they were at my father's house literally 30 minutes later to replace and repair. Right before the weekend, this was highly appreciated s my dad's bedroom was upstairs. Dad could not have stayed home without it. It allowed him to stay home and "Age in Place", which also probably saved him hundreds of thousands in fees from an alternative Assisted Living or Nursing home care, as he had a heart condition. I've also worked with this company in the past as I design accessible, Aging in Place homes on a regular basis. I highly recommend Nu-Trend Accessibility Systems as they retail high quality products and because of their outstanding service, With mobility products, service is truly as important as the quality of the product itself, because so much depends on them for mobility.
