      My husband went to the hospital for a hand injury. We received a bill for the hospital but not the radiology bill. I called the hospital to ask why I had not received a bill for the radiology services and they told me that they were sure I would receive one soon. That was in June 2023. I received notice from a Debt collector today for a bill that they had never sent me. I called Advanced Radiology and she would not speak to me since my husband was the patient even though I am the guarantor on the account. This is a hit against my credit when they are at fault for not sending me a bill.

      We apologize for the inconvenience this misunderstanding regarding our husband's billing has caused, Advance Radiology ** doesn't have a HIPPA complaint release for you on file which is why you weren't provided any details on your husband's account.

      I am rejecting this response because: the ******* collection Was for myself, not my husband.  You have the wrong information on file and need to get this corrected.   I have paid the bill but learned in the process that you were sending the bills to the wrong address. You need to make sure you have correct information on file.
