    This company is so easy to deal with. Start to finish everything was smooth. All work was done efficiently by a true professional! We have used Mainstream in the past and the never disappoint!

    They were neat in their work, and cleaned up every day. The windows look great. We had some unique requests, and they made sure everything was done in a way that exceeded our expectations. Customer service was spectacular from the very first call to set up an appointment to talk about their windows. Basically the installer, his manager, the salesperson, and the owners were all wonderful.

    Quality roof replacement and skylight installation! After getting quotes from several local roofing companies in the Quad Cities recently and several years ago, we returned to Mainstream based on the impression Salesman ************** left on us in 2020 during a quote. We would like to thank ******, he did a great job the day of installation keeping us informed and being a point of contact. We would like to thank Salesman ************** who took the time to explain how the *** system worked and even went the extra mile to drop off color panels for us when debating the roof color. Lastly, we would like to thank the company owner *******, he is very down to earth and definitely showed he cares about running a high quality company with integrity. And also, ***** who was very kind and helpful. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the roof and skylight installation. One point of feedback would be, following signing the contract, as a homeowner you always think of those follow-up questions you wish you would have asked. Having an in-person follow-up meeting as needed would definitely be helpful to answer those pop-up/last minute questions in advance of installation day. We would definitely recommend Mainstream!!

    We had used Mainstream for a roofing project and were very pleased with the project; from installation through clean-up. When it came time to replace our windows, we went with Mainstream again! I couldnt be happier with the windows or installation team. From the initial consult through project completion, they were professional, respectful, and answered any and all questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roofing job or window upgrade.

    Mainstream knocked it out of the ballpark in replacing our home's roof and siding after a hail storm. They were professional, helpful, always available and very easy to work with. There customer service is unmatched and we would without a doubt use them again for future projects.

    Mainstream did excellent work on siding our home. They put is at ease with investing in a major home improvement project. The installers worked quickly and efficiently to get the project done. We would use Mainstream again for home improvement projects

    Mainstream was an exceptional company to work with from beginning to end. Communication was great and the customer service given from all made us feel as if we were the only client they were working for. They followed through on everything they said. The work crew did a great job! They worked nonstop until the job was finished and it was completed quickly, and the clean up was amazing! I was worried about nails laying around afterwards but they made sure to clean up everything! Super happy with ******* and his company and will for sure use them again. Highly recommend!
