    On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, my colleague and I witnessed an interaction at ******** between **********, who identified himself as the regional manager for Ace Grease Services, and **************************************, the owner of Alcenias.********** entered the restaurant, demanding to discuss the retrieval of used cooking grease from a container located behind a fenced area on the property. After ********************************** requested for a Friday, March 15th pick-up, in order to properly cover the patio to protect it from the grease removal equipment, ********** informed her that services would be rendered until the following week due to scheduling conflicts. Then, ********** informed ******************************** Ace will terminate its services due to accessibility challenges, citing that the cotnainters distance from the street creates for longer than normal service times plus the restaurants newly fenced patio creating limited pick- up windows as grounds for termination.******************************** was startled by this encounter, as she had not received any prior communication from Ace regarding these issues. Additionally, ********** failed to provide a written notice and conducted the conversation in an unprofessional and demanding tone in the dining room, causing unnecessary distress to ******************************** and disrupting my colleagues and I dining experience.This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Ace Grease Services as a company.     Hello, 

    Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the issue you witnessed. This matter has already been resolved with the restaurant. We diligently worked with the restaurant owner to find a solution to continue to provide service to the restaurant despite the service challenges. She is happy with the solution and has direct contact information to the home office team if needed. The behavior of the employee is being addressed by his manager and will be handled appropriately. Again, Thank You for your feedback and the opportunity to address the issue.
