  After coming out to jump my battery I started to go on my errands when I realized we didn't realize I had a complete FLAT tire. Called Area Towing right back, not wanting to turn car off and they immediately sent another truck to check out and inflate the tire. Could never ask for better service and kindness on top of it. Recommend them highly.

  This company was a referral from the police. I live in ******* & have an abandoned trailer in my yard, ********** checked to make sure it was not stolen & when it came back clear they suggested I call Area Towing. On 7/22/24 I called ************************** spoke to ********. I explained the **************** agreed to tow the trailer no charge. After 2 hrs. I called back and was told by ******* that "the guys were on lunch" and they would call me back. I never received a call back. On 7/23/24 I called again and spoke to *****. She told me they would not be towing the trailer because it was not all metal? I asked what did she mean and she stated that since it has ***************** in it, it would cost them $500 to get rid of it. I asked who made the decision & was told the owner "****." Even though I asked, she refused to give me the owners last name. I am not aware of them coming out to view the *********** was home all that day. Oh, by the way, according to your site, the owners name is "*****************************." When I arranged with ******** for the company to come and tow the trailer, I should have been told at that time that they could not. To give me some lame excuse after I contacted then for the 3rd time, is not professional.

  They are not professional . they are over charged me and they sucked me with a lot of charges even on gas . i never seen this before they have charge outside it say $200 for towing and they charged me $250 then they said it was flat bed they charged me extra $50 . they towed the car at 12am and they gave me a receipt with that and they charged me $110 from 12 am to 5 pm and they claim that they had the car for two days storage. they punch of liars . i am taking this complain all they to the court with the evidence I have that they cheated me and over charged by their paper works . by the way the car was stolen and the police call them to tow it . this is the charges $250 standard towing $50 flat bed $15 ********** administration $ 110 storage for two days which is a lie they took the car at 12 am and i got it out at 5 pm i do not know how it is two days i will file complain in the court and they will hear from me . they think they are macho but i will use the same tools that they used with me paper works and number and prices . i have the paper to back it up.

  On 9/11/22 it was raining really hard and a few cars got stuck in water, they were towed and given no information. I took my brother to Area Towing in ************ to get his car. We called the number and got no response, I saw a man and asked for information on how to retrieve a car. He was very RUDE and did not take the time to speak to us, he said he was busy towing cars (I think he was the owner). He got into the tow truck and pulled off after telling an elderly man (*****- a Veteran) to GO F*CK HIMSELF. I saw another man who told me the office is closed right now you have to come back tomorrow morning at 9am. I told him what the other man said and thanked him for taking the time to tell me the office is closed. So, the next day there was so much running around because we weren't given the correct information over the phone. Basically, everyone who was towed had to get a Release Form from the Police Station. We had to pay in cash and the *** at Area Towing had a $20 fee (no signs), the lady also didn't have any change SMH. After we paid the lady says the car was "drowned out" and wouldn't start. I asked, DID YOU CHECK? Then we had to pay again for a tow, which we could've taken the money out all at once had she told us before we used the ***. When we received the car it was all scratched up and had paint or something on it, the key was jammed in the keyhole and also had grease. However, the car DID START and we could've driven it off the lot. The driver said he drove it onto the flatbed. Our experience with Area Towing was HORRIBLE!!! I hope we never have to deal with them again.
