This company and ****** Coats advertise on their website that the specialize in plumbing services. Nothing is farther from the truth. They are not plumbers and they don't know what they are doing beyond very basic tasks. Their customer service stinks. You can never get anyone on the phone and have to text for an appointment or send an email. You can wait for a call back after leaving a message but most of the time this take days. It takes weeks for them to make a house call even when they did something that was done incorrectly as was the issue in my case. When ****** couldn't figure out my plumbing problem after several trips over several months, I called another plumber who instantly found the problem within minutes. When I informed ****** of the problem which was his botched work, I asked for refund. He promptly refused, told me he wasn't a plumber, and then told me to find someone else to fix his mistakes. Beware of this company, worst experience I have ever had with a "plumber." ****** is a nice guy and friendly but doesn't know what he is doing and has no qualms about abandoning his customers.
