    I used to have a plan with black diamond. This was before I took HVAC in college. Black diamond would service my unit as part of their plan. Few weeks after servicing it my AC stopped working. They told me I was completely out of refrigerant and needed a new unit because it would be the same price as Freon (lie 25 pounds of 410A which could fill a few houses is $320). I leak checked the thing myself once I was proficient and found that the bolt to my piston had been loosed. So magically a bolt loosened itself to create a problem which was then grossly up-selled for commission. I tightened the bolt and pressurized the system and left it for a month without any drop in pressure just so I could be sure the bolt was loosed by someone. I now know that someone loosened my bolt and essentially stole refrigerant from me, breaking EPA laws in the process. I would avoid this company at all costs. you are not a customer you are a mark.
