I purchased paint from them Feb, 2025, They sent me incorrect color and i see the invoice color code is different from the one on the can. I paid over $34.00 for the paint, i can't use it. They blocked my phone calls via caller ID and i have emailed them 4 times with no attempts to resolve the issue. I am willing to compromise, yet I feel if i order more they will just keep my money and send the wrong color paint. I have ysed their services before and the paint matched this one is correct. I will not order paint again unless they speak with me, so i can make sure I get the correct color. In all my attempts to contact them, they replied to one email which was kinda rude with Explanation points about Invoice #. I sent all pertinent information and got Zero Help. Please help me make sure my problem is fixed or notify all future ****************** know they aren't responsive or accountable for errors on their behalf. Thanks..Initial Complaint

This is a company to avoid at all costs. I ordered touch up paint from them. Got the bottle used it and the color was not a match. I know this because then I ordered the *** touch up paint and used them side by sidenot a match. I sent the company multiple emails and called and left messages multiple times. I got no response. I even sent them a photo of the side by side. The product quality is suspectit did not matchand they dont even return calls or emails to discuss.. F rating on this company. I want a refund of my purchase price, plus the price to remove the paint that did not match. $100 total.Initial Complaint

Ordered touch up paint on 9/8/24. Received order confirmation but no other information. I reached out to them on 9/13/24 and they responded the paint would ship 9/16/24. I received notification from *** the item was never sent to them for shipping. I emailed Touch Up Zone 9/17/24 and 9/18/24 and they won't respond. Left a voicemail, no response. The business is not honoring there return policy. And do not return calls when you do talk to someone. They say that they have to talk to the manger. The item is a returnable item with there policy. I called to get approval and the company says they will provide a return label for shipping and take the cost of shipping off the return.There have my information and never sent a label to be shipped.Customer Answer

Placed order 12-28-2023 on 1-3-2024 received a tracking number called them on 1-9-2024 they said order was to be shipped The next day called them again 1-11-2024 same thing would ship the next day. Called them back on 1-12-2024.told me order was shipping by 4:00 pm. Told them if they couldnt ship today I wanted to cancel order. It didnt ship. Called the company 40 minutes after putting in the order to cancel. ******* answered and stated he would cancel the order. Order still arrived, called to inquire and ******* answered and said he would put me on a list to speak with a manager. *********************** up on me several times after stating he would not offer a refund since it shipped even though he failed to cancel the order 40 minutes after it being submitted online. ******* then identified himself as management and hung up on me once again. I purchased almost 671.21$ in paint. The Money was deducted right away from my bank but I never received a receipt or an email. I was able to call and was told it was going to ship out the next day. Again I never had any confirmation. I never received the product and Im not able to get through on any number. All of the numbers say they are non working numbers now. I continue to try to get my money back but without a working number I am not able.Customer Answer
