    On Wednesday December 22nd, 2022 around 3pm I went into Star Beauty Corp to purchase 2 wigs. There was a buy 1 get 1 sale. I purchased the saga yaky cap 100% Remy ******* inch wig and also a wig that was the last one available. So it was of the stand. It was bug one get one. I was told I'd have to pay $350 for the one wig to get the other free. So I bought that among other things. And went home. The lace was cut off the wig in store as they always do. I took the wigs home and they were completely filled with dirt. And even after washing them, my scalp is inflamed and infected at the follicle. Also my face and neck itches to the point of burning. Today, December 23rd, at 3:26pm I decided to call Star Beauty and tell them my problem. The first lady who answered the phone said to hold on and she'd let me speak to her manager. I held for a while. After explaining the same story she told me the wigs were no refund no exchange so she could not help me. But, she gave me a number to call the company and speak to them. He number she gave me was ************. I asked for her name and she hung up. I called the number given and it was just distribution. Which I was then told to call the person's I bought the wig from and speak to them. I am tired of this. I spent $350 out of a small amount of settlement money I had gotten for these wigs. Only for the wigs to have infected my scalp to the point of itching, burning, and pain upon touching! It's not fair that money be completely gone and I can do absolutely nothing with the wigs but throw them out. I want my $350 back. I do not have the receipts anymore but I do still have the boxes the wigs came in. People should not have to go through this mess. Either sell quality products or don't sell anything at all!

    I believe the policy of no exchanges is a disservice to regular customers. During a time of a pandemic and financial difficulty, not being able to try on wigs puts the customer at an disadvantage. I would understand not providing a refund, but not offering an exchange when a customer is dissatisfied seems predatory. I would encourage people to order their wigs online and forego the store. Online boutiques offer better customer service.
