On the date in question, I entrusted my vehicle to your establishment to repair the transmission lines. The service cost amounted to $1371. Upon completion, I drove the vehicle a distance of 40 miles to my home, whereupon the transmission abruptly overheated, resulting in a roadside breakdown.Having no other option, I arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest transmission repair shop. An inspection was undertaken and it transpired that the cause of the breakdown was faulty installation of the transmission lines during their initial replacement at your service center. The lines were incorrectly installed causing them to kink, melt and therefore, render the entire transmission system inoperative. Consequently, a complete rebuild of the transmission system has been advised, estimated at an expense of $5,000. Documentary evidence to support these findings will be provided upon request.

Did the oil change. Noticed transmission lines pouring on it. Gave her the estimate. She brings it back in may and we go ahead and install the transmition lines. Test drove the car about 20 miles and no issues at that time. Got a call a week later told is that the transmition was acting up. I advised shutting it off for now, offered a Test drove the car about 20 miles and no issues at that time. Got a call a week later saying the transmition was acting up, and said she was going to ******************. Did not hear anything for about a month, and then they show up one day telling me that I need to replace the transmition. I advised them that I need to follow up with whoever has the car at that point so we can see what we can do. I called the lot they dropped it off to, they dropped it off the lot at *** and from what I found out some time later is the vehicle was stolen off the lot. It was found later broke down. I was not informed of this by the consume at the time. My understanding was that it was toed back to their house and then back to MNM to repair. This is what the other automotive shop has told me.

I have been trying to work with the consumer as well as my insurance people and the adjuster, all of us have not been able to get in contact with them.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is not the full truth since I got the truck back from there only drove it once and it broke down on me completely. I have dates, tow bills, pictures of the kinked lines Aarons replaced and also a bill of what its actually going to cost $1371 turned into a $5000 job.

    Sincerely,
