- Preferred Window and Door, Inc. warrants to the original Purchaser that the Products shall be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation for commercial contracts and two (2) years from the date of installation for residential contracts ("Warranty Period"). If, during the Warranty Period, a Product is defective under the terms of this warranty, Preferred will, at its option, (1) repair the defective Product, (2) replace the defective Product or (3) refund the actual purchase price for the Product.
