On Wednesday, July 20, 2022. I had a hair appointment at studio 815 with *******. I sat in the chair, pulled up a video and showed her the video and showed her thats how I want my hair. And I wanted my hair color to be honey blonde. I wanted my hair exactly like the video I showed her. She said, okay. She got straight to work. When my hair was almost done and she was washing out the bleach. She was talking about the styling options. And one of the options she gave was blowing it out. And I told her thats what I wanted. But she just kept insisting that I leave with my hair wet because the honey balayage that I went for, only looked good with curly wet hair. But I wanted it to be blowed out. But as if to me, it was like she was pure pressuring me to leave with my hair wet. Because she was pressuring me I finally gave in and was like okay. All she said did was blow dry a strip of my hair so I really didnt get a good look at it. And then she wet the dry hair so I could leave with my hair wet. and on my way home it starts to air dry. Once I get home I look in the mirror and I just keep looking and Im saying to myself, this is not what I asked for nor was it the color I asked for. It didnt even look like a honey blonde balayage. It looked liked she just dyed the ends of my hair with a really light ***** dye. And my hair is already medium ***** so their wasnt much of a change that she did. But fast forward I gave it a few hours the same day to try to adapt to the hair color and the style but I just didnt like it.So I called her the same night and told her I did not like it. She told me to come in on that Friday to get it re toned and I told her thats not what I want, I want to go back to my natural color. And she told me she would have to charge me another $65. After I just spent $230 on the hair that she already messed up. I went that Friday to show her how my hair turned out. And told her in person I dont like my hair.- to fix what she did & I got to pay
