      Our MoO agent Phil was more than pleasant and attentive. The entire process was smooth and expedient with every detail in place.
      We were well informed by Phil and spoke with needed authorities having been suitably informed of the process which much like the purchase of a home. As I looked back the MoO team, I’m impressed and thankful.

      Overall Mutual of Omaha is one of the most professional businesses that I have ever had the pleasure of doing with. That is in no small part due to REMOVEDwho I found to be extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the reverse mortgage environment. She was 100 percent accommodating our needs in accomplishing our REMOVEDsummary, REMOVEDand her team are far and above the competition.

      Absolutely Horrible Experience. Go elsewhere. We were lied to about them "holding their own paper" and not securitizing their loans. Don't believe it. Find a local bank that cares about their customers. This is not that. REMOVEDEXPERIENCE. Endless document requests for things wholly unrelated to underwriting. Zero flexibility. Zero negotiation on anything. Take it or leave it attitude permeates everything. Droids in cubicles with inflexible checklists run the show. No one has authority to deviate on anything at all, ever. Run in the other direction. Everything is a "Contract of Adhesion."

      I would definitely give Mutual of Omaha reverse mortgage company A plus rating. They have the best people to work with. The loan officer was great. He walked me through the loan every step of the way. He got me a good rate and the money that I ask for. He was also great at answering all of my questions.
