      Do not use Concrete Craft of *********, **. They did my entire screened in pool area and it is falling apart, does not clean well. I have rubber pieces that I have been vacuuming out of my pool for over a year. When someone sits on the edge of the pool, they get up with rubber pieces stuck to them. It is horrible to say the least. The floor was to be leveled to keep water from puddling, which didn't happen so every time it rains the deck and patio floor stays wet for days. Every time I try to get someone here, I get excuse after excuse. I am now forced to go to court. ***, the owner talks a good talk but does not follow through. Thousands of dollars and a mess to show for it.

      Good luck getting in contact with ANYONE to fix anything! Overlay cracks and is hollow underneath. Color fades. Corporate does nothing. Avoid this company at all cost. I have been jumping through hoops for 1 YEAR talking with corporate. They give nothing but excuses. HORRIBLE COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COST!

      Had our faded stamped concrete patio stained by this company. We chose the color we liked on their sample board. When they were done staining it, the colors were extremely blotchy. Texted the owner a picture and asked if it would change in a day or so. He responded " yes , we will put more sealer on it and that will take care of the blotchy colors. Later I was told it was not a sealing problem and it's my concrete that is the problem. When I asked what they were going to do to resolve the problem , the response was , " if you bought the more expensive procedure ( overlay) we could have guaranteed the outcome". So the end result is , a horrible looking patio and they take your hard earned money. The owner claims he performed the service, regardless of the outcome. If you ****** ! this might be the company you want. Don't expect them to come clean up and take down any tape or coverings on your walls or put back any lighting they take out. The owner does NOT care about quality or customer satisfaction, just wants your money. My suggestion would be to find a reputable company and verify you get what they promise. This is NOT that company.
