      The customer service is terrible. The ********************** I work at (booth rental) uses this software, so I needed to set up a direct deposit for me there to collect my money for my clients. I have asked for a direct deposit application as customer service at ********************** told me to, but they did not send it for more than a week. I called again and no one answered, so I left a message to ask for someone to call me back as I left my number, name, salon, and salon ID/extension. today, 10 days later and no one called me. If this is the kind of customer service you need for your business, use Rosy Salon Software.
